What are you most looking forward to now that you’re a high school graduate?
Something that I am looking forward to now that I have graduated is getting to pursue my dream career in the medical field so that I can prove to everybody that I AM able to do it.

What are your post-graduation plans?
My post-graduation plan is to continue working on Lanai at the Lanai Community Health Center and eventually go to college and pursue a career in the medical field.

What advice would you give to the LHES class of 2023?
My advice I wanna give to the class of 2023 is to enjoy your senior year while you can because it goes by way too fast. Enjoy the presence of your classmates, the staff, your class and parent advisors. I know you guys won’t understand now as upcoming seniors but I promise at the end it’ll be worth it, cherishing all of the moments you guys have spent together.

What are your post-graduation plans?
I plan on pursuing a degree in Information and Computer Science and Cybersecurity.

What advice would you give to the LHES class of 2023?
My advice would be to not be afraid to put yourself out there and be open to new opportunities because you never know what they might bring. Another piece of advice is to not forget to rest and take time to take care of yourself.

What are you most looking forward to now that you’re a high school graduate?
Something I’m looking forward to now that I graduated is meeting new people. Growing up on Lanai I’ve basically been surrounded by the same people for the past 18 years.

What are your post-graduation plans?
My post-graduation plan is to spend as much time with family and friends before going to college.

What advice would you give to the LHES class of 2023?
Some advice I’d give to the students at LHES is to not stress. Sure school is important but so is your mental health. If you find yourself stressing or overworking yourself just take a break.

What are you most looking forward to now that you’re a high school graduate?
Something that I am looking forward to now that I graduated is getting to hang out with my friends and staying local for a bit to save up some money for school. It was awesome to hang out with them when we didn’t have to wake up at the same time every day. Some people travel to different countries before continuing on into school and working in those different countries. Some people move to small towns, big cities, to other states and start living there. Some join the service (thank you to all who do this!) and go to college, etc later. There are so many things that one can do throughout life that don’t scream “routine” – look around to find something you think you’ll enjoy! If that doesn’t work out, there are plenty of other options. So I can definitely say I’m looking forward to making mistakes, memories, meeting new people, and just living the rest of my life.

What are your post-graduation plans?
My post-graduation plan is to work for a couple months to save some money for the pilot academy which will take place in Portland but in the meantime just having fun without the stress of homework, exams, and countless assignments.

What advice would you give to the LHES class of 2023?
My advice I wanna give to the class of 2023 is one that they have probably already heard before. Enjoy it! Enjoy the times together with your class because it will be one of the best and last times you will all be together. The stress and joy of senior year is one that you won’t forget, good and bad. The moments leading up to graduation and even right after are moments you will remember forever. You won’t be able to get it back so make the most of it. Live in it. Be proud and walk every step with pride. Good luck to you all!
