Lanai featured in Honolulu Magazine

Honolulu Magazine recently published the Holoholo Guide to Lanai, a comprehensive roundup of favorite Lanai activities and must-sees for those visiting the isle. The article recommends downloading the award-winning Lanai Guide app first, and beginning with a trip to the Lanai Culture & Heritage Center to study the maps and meet the knowledgeable staff who work there.

Other highlights from the Honolulu Magazine feature include:

Rabaca’s Limousine Service is touted as an affordable way to get around the isle with a companionable driver who will talk story while taking island guests to remote locales such as Shipwreck Beach and Keahiakawelo. For those planning day-long outings, Dollar Rental offers four-wheel drive Jeeps well-suited for Lanai’s country roads.

The Lanai Guest House and the Hunter family’s bed and breakfast, Dreams Come True, are recommended as cozy alternatives to the Four Seasons Resort Lanai or Hotel Lanai.

Bucket list items include dolphin watching, exploring the petroglyph fields and diving at Cathedrals.

Last but not least, the guide wraps up with some of the dining spots on Lanai.
