COMMUNITY UPDATE: Closures and cancellations due to Tropical Storm Ana

In anticipation of Tropical Storm Ana, and to ensure the safety of employees and the community, please be aware of the following changes:

Closures

  • Richard’s Market will close at 5 p.m. on Friday until further notice.
  • Manele Resort and The Lodge at Koele, including all Four Seasons restaurants, bars and the Manele Golf Course, will be closed until noon on Monday, Oct. 20.
  • Hotel Lanai is closed until Monday, Oct. 20.
  • Lanai City Grille will close until Wednesday, Oct. 22.
  • Hulopoe Beach Park will be closed on Friday, Oct. 17, until further notice.
  • Both harbors on Lanai will close 12 hours in advance of the storm making landfall on Lanai.
  • Lanai Community Pool and Recreation Center will be closed on Friday, Oct. 17, until further notice.

Cancellations

  • The Maui Nui Canoe Race previously scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 18, is canceled.
  • LHES football game previously scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 18, is canceled.
  • LHES College + Career Network activities previously scheduled for Friday, Oct. 17, and Saturday, Oct. 18, are canceled.
  • Pulama Lanai Free Resident Hunt (last names K-Z) previously scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 18, is canceled. This weekend’s state hunt is also canceled.
  • Our community meeting on Four Seasons Manele Bay enhancements, previously scheduled for Monday, Oct. 20, has been postponed one week to Monday, Oct. 27 at 6 p.m.
