Four Seasons: Koko Head Café Brunch Collaboration

Savour the flavours of the Koko Head Cafe in a special brunch menu featuring Chef Lee Anne Wong. Reservations required, 6:30 am – 1:00 pm.

Lee Anne Wong Owner of former Papaaina restaurant at the historic 122-year-old Pioneer Inn, which was destroyed by the Maui wildfires. The Top Chef contestant is known for her innovation in featuring local, Hawaiian ingredients in dishes. She has also cooked and staged in kitchens all over the world, including The French Laundry, Charlie Trotter’s of Chicago, Nobu, Trio, Casa Oaxaca in Mexico and Cap Juluca on the island of Anguilla – picking up global flavours and techniques along the way.
