Four Seasons: A Hawaiian Style Cookout

Lee Anne Wong Owner of former Papaaina restaurant at the historic 122-year-old Pioneer Inn, which was destroyed by the Maui wildfires. The Top Chef contestant is known for her innovation in featuring local, Hawaiian ingredients in dishes. She has also cooked and staged in kitchens all over the world, including The French Laundry, Charlie Trotter’s of Chicago, Nobu, Trio, Casa Oaxaca in Mexico and Cap Juluca on the island of Anguilla – picking up global flavours and techniques along the way.

Hawaii born and raised, Sheldon Simeon competed in the 10th season of Bravo Network’s Top Chef: Seattle as a finalist and winning Fan Favourite. He has led many restaurants to success in Maui including Star Noodle and Lineage. His latest restaurants – Tiffany’s and Tin Roof in Maui – serve up local dishes and take-out bowls as a playful, fun take on classics in a relaxed community atmosphere. His mix of innovative modern cuisine and adherence to tradition influences his dishes and help shape his menus.

Matt Costa is a Laguna Beach, California-based songwriter with a storied career that includes early hits on Brushfire label Songs We Sing and Unfamiliar Faces that have become standbys. His recent years on Dangerbird records have taken him down eclectic and ever-changing roads with the critically acclaimed Santa Rosa Fangs and 2020’s Yellow Coat. He then debuted as a filmmaker, directing and scoring the film Donde Los Terremotos for Roark and starring skateboarding legend Jamie Thomas. He has toured and worked all over the world with artists such as Modest Mouse, Ryan Adams, Death Cab for Cutie, Zach Gill and Jack Johnson.

Landon McNamara is a surfer whose passions are big waves and music; he’s appreciative of the ability to do two things he loves simultaneously. Born and raised in a pro-surfing family on Oahu’s North Shore, he competed and made the podium at last year’s Eddie Aikau Big Wave invitational. When not on the ocean, he blends his own brand of reggae, rock n’ roll and blues to create a musical combo platter of positive and relatable music. His debut album A Dollar Short and a Minute Late was followed by Still Kickin, both charting #1 for reggae. The award-winning artist tours nationally and internationally.
