What are Design Guidelines & Standards
The Design Guidelines & Standards for the Lanai City Country Town Business district assist property owners when building or modifying structures in the district. They also establish standards that the Planning Department uses to review applications for Country Town Design Review.

A public hearing before the Lanai Planning Commission will also be held on February 21, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the Lanai Senior Center for the Commission to receive formal public comments on the replacement document.
